Area commencing at Tweed Heads following the QLD / NSW border West to Hebel, then South along the Castlereagh Hwy to and including the town of Gilgandra.  From Gilgandra, a direct line to and including Mudgee, then from Mudgee the Southern boundary commences as a straight line to and including Aberdeen.  From Aberdeen an easterly line to and including Hallidays Point where the boundary then follows the coast-line north to the QLD border.
