Region 1 - Inverell Area, encompasses the Area Distributors western boundary which runs from Hebel (QLD) down along the Castlereagh Hwy (including Walgett) then a boundary which is the southern boundary of the Walgett Regional Shire then along the southern boundary of the Narrabri Regional Shire, southern boundary of the Gwydir, Inverell and Tenterfield Regional Shires then north along the Tenterfield Shire eastern boundary up to the NSW/QLD Border and running west along the NSW/QLD Border back to Hebel.

Region 2. - Tweed Area - encompasses the Tweed and Kyogle Regional Shires starting at the Tenterfield/Kyogle Shire boundary then along the NSW/QLD Border to the most easterly point of the Tweed Shire then along the southern Tweed Shire boundary west to include all Tweed and Kyogle boundaries.
